摘　　要：考察了叔十二碳硫醇（TDM）、丙烯腈、丙烯酸甲酯对苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物（SAN树脂）性能的影响,并在中国石油兰州石化公司1.5万t/a SAN生产装置上进行了工业化生产。结果表明,随着TDM加入量的增加,SAN树脂的熔体流动速率增加,简支梁冲击强度和拉伸断裂强度降低;随着SAN树脂中结合丙烯腈含量的增加,SAN树脂拉伸断裂强度逐渐增大,熔体流动速率略有下降,简支梁冲击强度变化不大;随着生产周期的延长,SAN树脂的黄色指数逐渐升高,丙烯酸甲酯的加入可以降低SAN树脂的黄色指数,增加熔体流动速率,而其他力学性能变化不大。在TDM质量分数为0.22%~0.25%,结合丙烯腈质量分数为27%~31%,丙烯酸甲酯质量分数为0.2%~0.4%的条件下,工业化生产的C-02型SAN树脂性能可达到指标要求。The effects of tert - dodecyl mercaptan （TDM）, acrylonitrile, methyl acrylate （ MA ） on properties of styrene - acrylonitrile copolymer （ SAN resin） were investigated and the industrial production was conducted in a 15 kt/a SAN unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, PetroChina. The results showed that with increasing amount of TDM, melt flow rate （MFR） of SAN resin increased and charpy impact strength and tensile stress at break decreased; with the increase of combined acrylonitrile of SAN resin, tensile stress at break of SAN resin increased gradually, MFR decreased slightly and charpy impact strength had no obvious change ; with the extension of production cycle,the yellow index of SAN resin increased steadily, but adding MA decreased the yellow index of SAN resin and improved MFR,and other mechanical properties had no obvious change. Under the conditions of the mass fraction of TDM 0.22% - 0.25% , combined acryloni- trile 27% - 31% , methyl acrylate 0. 2% - 0. 4% the industrialized product of C -02 SAN resin could meet requirement of standard.
