摘　　要：主要介绍了热处理炉辐射管燃烧系统在运行中的故障现象,通过排查与分析,找出故障的原因,并进行相应的维护处理,燃烧系统原有设计缺陷经过逐步改进,提高了性能,降低了维护成本,将辐射管燃烧系统的故障率维持在较低的水平。The paper mainly describes the failure phenomenon of radiant tube combustion system for heat treat- ment furnace in operation. By performing trouble shooting and analysis of the failure phenomenon, the causes of the failure have been found out. After making maintenance, eliminating the original design defects of the combustion sys- tem, the performance is improved and maintenance cost is lowered, the availability of the radiant tube combustion sys- tem is maintained at higher level.
