摘  要:过对影响铁水脱硫的因素进行分析与讨论,发现在脱硫剂中加入适量增铝剂,用硅铝复合脱氧,会生成低熔点硅铝酸盐,有助于提高脱硫效率;铁水温度和CaO/CaF:比应分别控制在1360—1390℃与14~16区间,过高的温度和CaF2含量会在石灰颗粒表面形成较多的液相,造成石灰颗粒团聚,减小铁水与石灰的接触面积,降低脱硫反应速率;铁水硅含量在0.40%-0.50%区间时,脱硫率最高,达到88.68%。By performing analysis and discussion on the influencing factors of hot metal desulfurization,it is found out that adding appropriate amount of aluminium increasing agent into desulfurizer and using Si and A1 for deoxidization generate low melting point aluminosilicate ,which is helpful for desulfurizing efficiency improvement. Hot metal tempera- ture and CaO/CaF2 ratio can be controlled to a range between 1 360 ~C and 1 390 ~C and from 14 to 16. Too high temperature and CaF2 content may result in excessive liquid phase on the surface of lime particles and lime particle agglomerates, thus reducing the interfacing area, decreasing the reaction rate of desulfurization. The desulfurizing rate is up to 88.68% when Si content in hot metal falls into a range between 0. 40% and 0. 50%.
