摘  要:针对中碳合金中厚钢板的头尾开裂现象,通过工艺调查、取样分析以及切割试验等方法,对连铸坯裂纹原因进行了研究,最终确定钢板开裂是连铸坯在进炉加热前形成的,且机械切割产生的裂纹比人工火焰切割更严重,连铸坯经过加热与轧制后,裂纹扩展,造成钢板切割后因长度短尺判废。Aiming at the phenomena of head and tail cracks on medium carbon alloy steel plate, the paper studies the causes of slab cracking by means of process investigation, sample analysis and cutting test, finally determines that the steel plate cracking were formed before the slab heating in reheating furnace, and furthermore, the cracks occurred in the process of mechanical cutting are much severer than those occurred in the process of manual cutting. The slab cracks propagated after reheating and rolling ,which results in steel plate rejection due to length shortage after cutting.
