摘　　要：合作社作为现代农业生产经营主体之一,合作社的创新能力的提升关系农业整体创新能力。针对合作社自主技术创新能力薄弱的问题,选取5家合作社作为样本,采用多案例研究方法,具体分析合作社自主创新能力的影响因素。基于此,构建合作社自主创新能力影响因素的理论框架。研究发现:人力资本、结构资本、社会资本是影响合作社自主创新能力的主要因素。As cooperatives are one of the major modern agricultural production and business entities,the promotion of their independent innovation capability enhances the overall innovation capability of the agriculture industry. With five cooperatives selected as a sample factors influencing cooperative innovation capability were analyzed through multi- case study approach. On this basis,a theoretical framework of the factors was built of the cooperatives＇ independent innovation capability. The study found that human capital,structural capital,social capital are the main factor affecting the cooperatives＇ independent innovation ability.
