摘　　要：人民内部矛盾理论是毛泽东在社会主义建设时期的重要理论探索。1957年2月,毛泽东在最高国务会议作题为《如何正确处理人民内部的矛盾》的讲话中系统阐述了这一理论。在此基础上,毛泽东修改完成《关于正确处理人民内部矛盾的问题》这一著作。毛泽东的讲话和著作引起了国际舆论的广泛关注。结合《纽约时报》等英文报刊和新华社编印的《参考资料》、《内部参考》等史料,详细梳理国际舆论对人民内部矛盾理论的关注过程,分析社会主义和资本主义两大阵营对其不同态度和主要关注点,并从国际政治的视野重新对其进行审视。The theory of contradictions among the people is an important theoretical exploration of Mao Zedong during the socialist construction period. In Feb.,1957,Mao Zedong expounded this theory systematically in the supreme state conference by making a speech titled ＂On the Correct Handling of Contradictions among the People＂. On this basis,Mao Zedong modified and then completed the work named ＂On the Correct Handling of Contradictions among the People＂. Mao＇s speech and work attracted extensive concern of international opinion. Combined with The New York Times and other English newspapers,the Reference,Internal Reference and other rare historical data which edited and published by Xinhua News Agency,this paper describes the process of International opinion attention on the theory of contradictions among the people in detail,which analyzes the different attitudes to the theory and major focuses on the theory of the two camps of socialism and capitalism and reexamines the theory from a perspective of international politics.
