摘 要:受气候变化影响,中国利用北极航线开展商业通航指日可待,北极航线对于中国的价值和意义有待在"一带一路"战略下解读。北极航线相比传统航线具有经济成本优势以及担当能源通道、带动产业发展和促进北极区域合作等战略价值;与此同时中国利用北极航线仍面临理论和实践上的挑战。纵观"一带一路"战略布局,北极航线的意义在于其可以成为丝绸之路经济带的海上通道、21世纪海上丝绸之路的拓展航线以及中国对外经贸网络重要组成部分。Due to the impact of climate change, the use of the Arctic sea routes for commercial shipping are just around the comer for China and its value and significance needs interpretation in the context of the One Belt and One Road strategy. The Arctic sea routes have the advantage of lower economic costs and strategic values such as providing safe energy channels, boosting industrial development and promoting Arctic cooperation. In the meanwhile, there are both theoretical and practical challenges faced by China to use the Arctic routes. Throughout the layout of the One Belt and One Road strategy, the signifi- cance of the Arctic sea routes is that it can be stable sea routes for the Silk Road Economic Belt, supplementary routes to the 21st century Maritime Silk Road and an important part of China' s foreign trade network.
