摘  要:为解决三倍体西瓜种子发芽率低问题,试验以三倍体西瓜品种‘黑帝’为材料,探讨了由Ca Cl2、GA、2,4-D、PVA 4种化学物质组成的浸种液对三倍体西瓜种子萌发及生理特性的影响。结果表明:该组合剂浸种处理8 h能显著提高三倍体西瓜的发芽率、发芽势,分别达到了87.7%,83.0%,与不破壳处理相比分别提高了23.5%、20.3%,与破壳处理间差异不显著;不同时间的浸种处理均显著降低了浸种液的电导率;浸种处理4、8 h提高了TTCH的含量,以处理8 h后含量最高,达到169.87μg·m L-1。因此,该组合剂浸种处理8 h有利于三倍体西瓜种子的萌发,在生产上有一定应用价值。The effect on the germination and physiological characteristics was studied to solve the low germination rate problem with triploid watermelon variety‘Heidi'as experimental material. The triploid seeds were soaked by chemical composition of Ca Cl2,GA,2,4-D and polyvinyl alcohol. The results showed that the 8 h soaking treatment with the chemical composition could significantly improve the germination rate and germination potentiality of triploid watermelon seeds as 87.7%,83.0% respectively. The seeds germination rate and germination potentiality of the 8 h treatment was higher 23.5%,20.3%than the seeds without skin breaking and indistinctive compared with skin breaking. The conductivity of seeds soaking lixivium by chemical composition was decreased obviously. The 4 h and 8 h soaking could increase the TTCH content of the seeds indistinctively,the 8 h soaking was highest as 169.87 μg·m L^-1. So the 8 h seed soaking by the chemical composition is beneficial to seeds germination and has practical value during triploid watermelon planting.
