摘　　要：针对肌氨肽苷注射液现行质量标准中次黄嘌呤含量测定项的标准在具体操作中存在一定问题,本文为药品检验人员提供了3种方式以达到标准中系统适用性的要求,对现行标准提出修改建议,以便更好的控制肌氨肽苷注射液的药品质量。To discuss on content determination of hypoxanthine for muscular amino acids peptides and nucleosides injection. Provide 3 ways to adjust the condition in HPLC, in order to make the system suitability to meet the requirement of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Offer some proposals about the criterion in order to preferably control the quality of jiantaigan injection.
