摘 要:根据汽车动力学和能量流原理,运用MATLAB/Simulink模块搭建了汽车燃油消耗仿真计算模型。运用该仿真计算模型,根据NEDC标准工况数据信息和小比例节油部件实车测试数据,分别计算有无节油部件情况下的发动机油耗,进而算得小比例节油部件的燃油消耗量。实车试验表明,该模型整个NEDC工况燃油分析结果与实测值偏差在2%以内,具有较高的仿真精度。为小比例节油部件节油分析提供了快速、稳定、可靠的定量分析手段。According to the theory of vehicle dynamies and energy flow, the vehicle fuel consumption simulation calculation model was built based on MATLAB/Simulink module. According to the NEDC cycle information and the test data of small scale saving fuel parts, both the engine fuel consumption without saving fuel parts and the fuel consumption with saving fuel parts could be calculated respectively based on the simulation model. A simulation test was conducted and it showed that the deviation of the fuel analysis results of whole NEDC cycle was less than 2% compared with the tested fuel consumption, so the simulation model has high calculation accuracy. This paper provides a rapid, stable, reliable quantitative saving fuel analysis method for small scale saving fuel parts.
