摘 要:针对目前小型割草压扁机拨禾轮拨草效果不良、损失率较高的问题,设计并研究了一种适用于手扶山地割草压扁机的拨禾轮装置。通过对割草压扁机拨禾轮运动轨迹的分析,确定了其主要技术参数:拨禾轮速比为3.17,直径为500 mm,转速为121 r/min,拨禾节距为165 mm,均符合拨禾轮的作业要求。在此基础上,对设计的两种拨禾轮进行了田间对比试验,结果表明:偏心式拨禾轮的平均回带损失率为1.26%,而压板式拨禾轮的平均回带损失率为4.46%,因此,偏心式拨禾轮较压板式拨禾轮更适合于手扶山地割草压扁机的作业。Aiming at the present problems of poor forage dialing performance and high loss rate by small forage cutting flattening machine reel, a type of reel suitable for mountain walking forage cutting flattening machine is designed, tested and studied. By analyzing the trajectory of the cutting flattening machine reel, its main technical parameters are determined: wheel speed ratio is 3.17, reel diameter is 500 mm, reel speed is 121 r/min, the pitch is 165mm, all conforming to the requirements of reel working. On this basis, field contrast tests are conducted to the two kinds of reels designed, and the results show that the average loss rate by eccentric reel taking back is 1.18%, and that by pressure plate type reel is 4.05%, therefore, eccentric reel is designed more suitable for walking mountain grass cutting flattening machine operation than the pressure plate type reel.
