摘 要:荷载试验是评估桥梁实际工作状态和承载能力最直接的方法,也是评定桥梁结构的使用状况的有效方法。文章以塘屿刚架拱桥为工程实例,通过对桥梁结构在荷载作用下的应变、变形、振动频率及振幅等实际响应的研究,阐述了荷载试验的静载试验和动载试验过程,分析了荷载试验结果,阐明了桥梁结构承载能力与工作状态。结果表明:静载试验中,荷载试验效率为0.96—1.00,测试截面的混凝土应力校验系数为0.23~0.82,钢筋应力校验系数为0.04~0.12,试验桥跨的强度能够满足设计荷载的使用要求;动载试验中,实测竖向变形校验系数均值为1.10,自振频率为3.91Hz,冲击系数为0.35,均小于规范限值或理论计算值要求,使得桥跨的竖向整体刚度不足,冲击效应偏大。Load tests, including static and dynamic tests, are the most direct and effective method, which can be used to identify and evaluate the working performance and actual load-bearing capacity of bridges, and to provide basic data for the bridge maintenance and reinforcement. Taking Tangyu reinforced concrete rigid frame arch bridge as engineering background, the paper studies the actual response of the bridge (such as strain, deformation, frequency and amplitude, etc. ), briefly introduces the testing process, and assesses the test results, the working performance and carrying capacity of the bridge. Test results show that the carrying capacity of the bridge complied with the design requirement, with the response ratio of test load to design load was 0.96 - 1. O0 and the concrete and steel verification coefficient was 0.23 - 0.82, 0.01 ~ 0.12, respectively, which does not exceed the specification limit, but the vertical stiffness of the bridge is inadequate and its impact effect is relatively large, with testing deformation verification coefficient, measured vibration frequency and impact factor were 1.08 (maximum of 1.30) , 3.91Hz and 0.35, respectively, which not meeting the standard limit value or theoretical value requirements.
