摘 要:采用NaOH对酸渣进行中和并进行成分分析,其中磺酸盐质量分数为83.6%,NaCl质量分数为0.6%,Na2S04质量分数为15.8%。考察了砂浆减水率随酸渣掺加量的变化规律,结果表明:当掺加量为1.5%时,砂浆减水率达到21%,且酸渣具有引气性。通过正交实验考察了酸渣复配作为引气减水剂对混凝土减水率、含气量、抗压强度等指标的影响,给出了最佳复配方案。The acid sludge is neutralized by NaOH. Its components are composed of 83. 6% of sulfonate, 0. 6% of NaCl and 15. 8% of Na2 SO4 . The influence of the acid sludge on water reducing rate of cement mortar is investigated. The result shows that when the acid sludge is 1. 5%, the water reducing rate of cement mortar can achieve as high as 21% and the air entraining performance of the acid sludge is found. The orthogonal experiment is used to study the effect of acid sludge ( using as air entraining and water reducing admixture) on the water reducing rate of concrete, air content and compressive strength. The optimization of compounding formulation is also performed.
