摘 要:以双酚A(BPA)为扩链剂,采用一步法合成工艺,制备了性能优良的单组分聚氨酯(PU)胶粘剂。实验结果表明,随BPA与聚醚2000(N-220)物质的量比的增加,拉伸强度和T剥离强度均显著增加,断裂伸长率呈下降趋势;物质的量比为6:5的PU胶粘剂较3:5的PU胶粘剂初始分解温度高9℃,加热到400℃时,失重率降低6.83%;热氧老化后,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率及邵A硬度的保持率均呈下降趋势。The one-component polyurethane (PU) adhesive with preferable properties was prepared via the one- step method using bisphenol A(BPA) as the chain extender. The experimental results showed that when the mole ratio of BPA and polyether 2000(N-220) was increased, the tensile strength and T-peeling strength were increased, and the elongation at break was decreased, respectively. The initial decomposition temperature of adhesive with mole ratio of 6:5 was 9℃ higher than that of one with mole ratio of 3:5. When heated to 400℃, the weight loss ratio of PU adhesive decreased by 6.83%. Meanwhile, some properties retention like the tensile strength, elongation at break and Shore A hardness were decreased after thermal oxidative aging.
