摘  要:以丙烯酸异辛酯(2-EHA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸(AA),醋酸乙烯酯(VAC)等单体为原料,通过溶液聚合得到一种固含量为38.97%,黏度为2 150 m Pa·s的丙烯酸酯聚合物TP01。其初粘性为9#钢球,剥离强度为8.3~8 5.N/25 mm,299持粘性为min。通过在TP01中加入适量交联剂和颜料后分别制成BOPP和PET基材终止胶粘带,以BOPP膜为基材的产品初粘性优于PET膜基材,而耐温性和耐电解液性能却较PET基胶带差。经过电解液浸泡后,以BOPP膜和PET膜为基材的终止胶粘带的粘合性能均会大幅下降。交联后的TP01胶液黏度会不断上升,较低环境温度下有利于胶液贮存稳定性。A acrylate polymer, named as TP01, was synthetized by solution polymerization with ethylhexyl acrylate (2-EHA), butyl acrylate (BA), acrylic acid (AA) and vinyl acetate (VAC) and other monomers as the raw materials. The solid content and viscosity of TP01 were 38.97% and 2 150 cps, respectively. The polymer TP01 had initial tack of No. 9 steel ball, 180° peeling strength of 8.3~8.5 N/25 mm and holding power of 99 min. The BOPP and PET film substrates termination tape were coated with TP01 added proper amount ofcrosslinking agent and pigment. The initial tack of product based on BOPP film substrate was better than that of one based on PET film substrate, in contrast, for the performance of heat and electrolyte resistance BOPP substrate was poorer than PET substrate. After soaked in electrolyte, the adhesive properties of terminate tapes based on the BOPP and PET film substrate were greatly reduced. The viscosity of cross-linked TP01 will continue to rise. The lower ambient temperature was, the more stable the adhesive was.
