摘　　要：牟慧琴教授认为类风湿关节炎正气不足,卫外不固为致病之本,风、寒、湿、热等诸邪侵袭为病之标,诊治中宜脉证相参,用经方攻补兼施,以扶正祛邪、通络止痛,最终达到恢复患者关节功能的目的。Professor Mou thinks that the root causes of rheumatoid arthritis are insufficient healthy Qi and weakened defensive Qi, the superficial causes are wind, cold, dampness, heat and others invasion, pulse and syndrome should be as the reference in the diagnosis and treatment, therapeutic principles should be tonification and purgation in combination by classical prescriptions, strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors and activating meridians to stop pain, finally to restore joint function of the patients.
