摘  要:目的:观察超声波清洗机不加多酶清洗剂清洗氧气湿化瓶的清洗效果。方法:将临床使用后的108个氧气湿化瓶随机分为A、B 2组,分别采用手工加多酶清洗剂清洗和超声波清洗机不加多酶清洗剂清洗,通过肉眼观察及对经过消毒干燥保存7天的氧气湿化瓶进行监测,判断清洗效果。结果:肉眼观察,清洗合格率A组为100%,B组为90.74%。细菌监测结果显示,清洗有效率A组为96.29%,B组为94.44%,清洗合格率、清洗有效率2组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:超声波清洗机不加多酶清洗剂清洗氧气湿化瓶清洗效果满意。Objective: To observe the effects of cleaning oxygen moisture bottle by ultrasonic cleaner without adding multi-enzyme detergent. Methods: All 108 oxygen moisture bottles used of clinical use were randomized into two groups, the bottles of group A were washed by hand and multi-enzyme detergent, group B were cleaned by ultrasonic cleaner without adding multi-enzyme detergent, the effects were judged through gross examination and monitoring oxygen moisture bottle stored in seven days after the sterilization. Results: Gross examination, pass rate of group A was 100%, the rate of group B reached 90.74%. The results of bacterial monitoring demonstrated that effective rate of group A was 96.29%, and the rate of group B was 94.44%, there was no significant difference in the pass rate and effective rate between both groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion: Cleaning oxygen moisture bottle could obtain satisfactory effects without adding multi-enzyme detergent.
