壮医药线背穴点灸治疗小儿外感发热100例

摘　　要：目的：观察壮医药线点灸治疗小儿外感发热的临床疗效。方法：将200例患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各100例。体温38.5℃以下者,对照组给予降温贴、温水擦浴等物理降温;观察组给予壮医药线背八穴点灸。体温≥38.5℃者2组均口服布洛芬混悬液或对乙酰氨基酚液,或者二种药物交替使用,观察组加用壮医药线背八穴点灸。结果：4小时内退热效果观察组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组体温37.5~38.4℃与38.5~40.0℃的患儿在治疗0.5小时后体温下降幅度无明显差异（P〉0.05）,而在治疗1、2、3、4小时后,体温38.5~40.0℃的患儿体温下降明显（P〈0.05）。结论：壮医药线点灸治疗小儿外感发热临床疗效显效,且对38.5~40.0℃的患儿体温下降幅度影响较大。Objective： To observe clinical effects of Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion in treating children with fever caused by exogenous pathogen. Methods： All 200 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 200 cases each group. The patients below 38.5℃ in the control group received physical cooling including cooling gel sheets and warm sponge bath; the patienfs in the observation group accepted Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion at back-Shu points. The patients above 38.5℃ took ibuprofen suspension or paracetamol solution orally in both groups, or used both alternatively, the observation group Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion at back-Shu points. Results： The observation group was superior to the control group in antipyretic effects within four hours （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the comparison of temperature decrease in half of an hour after treating between the children with the temperature ranged from 37.5℃ to 38.4℃ and from 38.5℃ to 40.0℃ （P〉0.05）, while the temperature of the children with the temperature ranged from 38.5℃ to 40.0℃ dropped significantly in one hour, two, three and four hours after treating （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion is effective in treating children with fever caused by exogenous pathogen, it has a great influence on temperature decrease of the children ranged from 38.5℃ to 40.0℃ especially.
