玉屏风散合桂枝汤治疗肺卫不固型自汗43例  

Yu Ping Feng Powder Combined with Gui Zhi Tang in Treating 43 Cases of Spontaneous Sweating of Lung Defense Failure Pattern

摘　　要：目的:观察玉屏风散合桂枝汤加减治疗肺卫不固型自汗的临床疗效。方法:将86例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,观察组给予玉屏风散合桂枝汤加减治疗,对照组给予生脉饮口服液治疗,2组均连续治疗21天,随访1年内的复发情况、治疗后止汗时间及临床疗效。结果:总有效率观察组为90.7%,对照组为60.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。平均止汗时间观察组为(5.3±0.8)天,对照组为(8.3±1.0)天。观察组汗止时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。复发率观察组为5.1%,对照组为34.6%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:玉屏风散合桂枝汤加减治疗肺卫不固型自汗效果良好。Objective： To observe therapeutic effects of YuPingFeng powder combined with modified GuiZhi Tang in treating spontaneous sweating of lung defense failure pattern. Methods： All 86 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, the observation group were treated by YuPingFeng powder combined with modified GuiZhi Tang and the control group ShengMaiYin oral liquid. Both groups were treated for 21 days consecutively and followed within one year to investigate the relapse conditions, sweating cease time after treating and clinical effects. Results： Total effective rates of the observation group was 90.7%, higher than 60.5% of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning between both groups （P〈0.05）. Average sweating cease time of the observation group was （5.3±0.8） days, notably shorter than （8.3±1.0） days of the control group （P〈0.05）. Relapse rate of the observation group was 5.1%, lower than 34.6% of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： YuPingFeng powder combined with modified GuiZhi Tang are effective, safe and reliable in treating spontaneous sweating of lung defense failure pattern.
