穴位按摩联合低分子肝素注射治疗妇科术后下肢深静脉血栓的效果

摘　　要：目的观察穴位按摩联合低分子肝素注射治疗妇科术后下肢深静脉血栓的效果。方法收集2011年3月至2014年5月于江苏省如皋市中医院妇科术后下肢深静脉血栓患者68例的临床资料,取34例给予低分子肝素5 000 U皮下注射治疗的患者为对照组;另34例在此基础上联合穴位按摩治疗的患者为观察组。比较两组患者的血管再通率、治疗后主要症状的缓解情况,治疗前后患者凝血指标的变化。结果观察组血管再通率91.2%(31/34),显著高于对照组67.6%(21/34)(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后下肢疼痛、酸胀、肿胀、压痛等主要症状明显缓解,观察组证候评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血酶时间、凝血酶时间均明显降低,观察组较对照组降低更显著(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩联合低分子肝素注射治疗妇科术后下肢深静脉血栓的效果良好。Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint massage and low molecular heparin in the treatment of gynecological postoperative deep vein thrombosis. Methods Clinical data of 68 patients with gynecological postoperative deep vein thrombosis in TCM Hospital of Rugao City from March 2011 to May 2014 were collected. 34 cases treated with 5 000 U low molecular heparin subcutaneous injection were selected as control group, another 34 cases treated with acupoint massage on this basis of control group were selected as observation group. The rate of blood vessel recanalization, the relief of symptoms, the change of coagulation indicators between two groups were compared. Results The rate of blood vessel recanalization in the observation group （91.2 % ） was higher than that of control group （67.6 % ）. The clinical symptoms such as lower limb pain, swelling, pressing pain of patients in two groups were relieved, the symptom scores of the observation group was lower than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The coagulation index,such as prothrombin time （PT）, activated partial thromboplastin time （APTT）, thrombin time （TT） went down clearly in both groups, the decline of the observation group was more obviously than the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Treating patients with gynecological postoperative deep vein thrombosis with acupoint massage combined with low molecular heparin has a satisfactory clinical effect.
