摘  要:目的:通过观察肾衰饮对慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠肾脏CTGF、FN的表达,探讨肾衰饮抗肾纤维化药效学机制。方法:采用腺嘌呤肾病模型,与尿毒清作对照,观察肾衰饮对CRF大鼠TGF-β1刺激的下游因子CTGF及FN、TNF-a、IL-6的影响。结果:与正常组比较,模型组CTGF、FN表达明显增强,TNF-a、IL-6、SCr、BUN升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,肾衰饮组CTGF、FN表达明显减少,TNF-a、IL-6、SCr水平下降,明显优于尿毒清组(P<0.05)。结论:肾衰饮抑制TGF-β1诱导的下游因子CTGF表达,降低FN、TNF-a、IL-6含量,有效抑制肾纤维化。Objectives:To observe the expressions of CTGF and FN in kidney tissues of chronic renal failure rats with treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of Shenshuai Yin. To determine the pharmacology mechanism of Shenshuai Yin on the treatment of renal interstitial fibrosis. Methods : The rats models of chronic renal failure were induced by adenine lavage methods, compared with Niaoduqing group, and observe the influence of Shenshuai Yin on expressions of CTGF and FN induced by TGF- β1 and FN,TNF-α and IL-6 in chronic renal failure rats. Results:Compared with the blank group,the CTGF and FN of model group had expressed significantly and the TNF - α, IL - 6, SCr and BUN of model group were increased significantly( P 〈 0. 01 ). Compared with model group, the CTGF and FN of Shenshuai Yin group had decreased obviously. TNF - α, IL - 6, SCr and BUN of Shenshuai Yin group was decreased significantly, The treatment effect of Shenshuai Yin group was better than Niaoduqing group' s ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Shenshuai Yin may attenuate renal interstitial fibrosis by reducing the expression of CTGF induced by TGF -β1 and decreasing the levels of FN, TNF - and IL - 6.
