摘 要:目的:观察脑泰方对SD大鼠凝血功能的影响。方法:将SPF级72只SD大鼠随机分6组:空白组、模型组、脑泰方低、中、高剂量组、阳性对照组;空白组、模型组按0.1 m L/(kg·d)给予生理盐水灌胃,脑泰方低、中、高剂量组按0.19 g/(kg·d)、0.39 g/(kg·d)、0.77 g/(kg·d)给予脑泰方煎液灌胃,阳性对照组按0.72 g/(kg·d)给予复方血栓通片灌胃,连续灌胃3 d。末次给药1 h后,开始造模取血,观察颈总动脉血栓形成时间、测定血小板聚集率及凝血四项。结果:脑泰方各剂量组可使大鼠血栓形成时间明显延长,各剂量组的出血时间、凝血酶时间、凝血酶原时间、部分凝血活酶时间均较模型组明显延长(P<0.05),且对ADP诱导的血小板聚集有明显抑制作用。结论:脑泰方具有明显的改善微循环、抑制血栓形成作用。Objective: To investigate the effect of Naotaifang on SD rats blood coagulation. Method: Seventy - two healthy SD rats were randomly divided into six groups:blank group, model group,Naotaifang low, medium and high dose groups and positive control group. The blank group and model groups were administrated with 0.1 mL/( kg ·d) saline by garage. Low,medium and high dosages group were administrated with 0.19 g/( kg · d) ,0.59 g/( kg · d) and 0.77 g/ (kg · d) Naotaifang by gavage. The positive control group was administrated with 0.72 g/( kg · d) Compound Xueshuan- tong by gavage,once a day for 3 days. One hour after the last administration, blood samples were taken out to make the model to observe carotid arterial thrombosis time and measure the rate of platelet aggregation and blood coagulation four factors. Results: Naotaifang each dosage can increase the thrombosis time obviously and increase the BT, TY, PT and APTY(P 〈 0.05 ) and the platelet aggregation induced by ADP was decreased. The levels of thromboxane B2 (TXB2) in plasma was decreased. Conclusion: Naotaifang can improve the microcirculation and significantly inhibit the formation of blood clot.
