糖皮质激素性骨质疏松症的中西医研究进展

摘　　要：糖皮质激素广泛应用于炎性和自身免疫性疾病的临床治疗,其所导致的糖皮质激素性骨质疏松症(glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis,GIO)是亟待解决的医学问题。中医药治疗GIO具有疗效确定、不良反应小等优势,从中医角度对GIO的病因病机、治疗经验、现代客观化研究等方面对中医治疗GIO进行归纳总结,为中医辨证分型及治疗规范GIO提供依据。Glucocorticoids ,widely used in the treatment of autoimmune and systemic inflammatory disorders, may re- sult in serious glucocortieoid - induced osteoporosis （GIO）. Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment has definite effect on treating GIO with less side effects. Based on the etiology, pathogenesis and clinical experience, this paper reviewed the re- search progress, aiming to provide application of the syndrome differentiation and therapeutic principle for the GIO treat-ment.
