中药肠艾舒对小鼠CT-26结直肠癌抑制作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究中药肠艾舒对小鼠CT-26结直肠癌抑制作用。方法:用MTT法检测肠艾舒对CT-26细胞增殖的影响,同时用小鼠大肠癌细胞瘤株CT-26对40只BALB/c小鼠接种造模后,随机分为4组(空白组,化疗组,中药高剂量组,中药低剂量组),每两天观察小鼠生活状况,体质量变化,瘤体大小,15天后处死动物,剥离肿瘤组织,比较各组小鼠体质量及肿瘤体积的大小。结果:MTT法检测到肠艾舒对CT-26肠癌细胞的抑制率随着浓度加倍而升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MTT法检到肠艾舒对小鼠CT-26肠癌细胞的增值有一定抑制作用,其具有抑制肿瘤生长的作用,并能提高小鼠的生活质量,增加小鼠的体质量。Objective ： To explore the inhibition effect of TCM Chang＇aishu in CT - 26 colorectal cancer mice. Methods ： To detect Chang＇aishu effects on CT - 26 cell proliferation with MTT. At the same time 40 BALB/c mice subcutaneous planted CT - 26 colorectal cancer cell were randomly divided into 4 groups （ blank group, chemotherapy group, high dose group of Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine low dose group）. Every two days to observe the mice living conditions, weight, size of tumors. After 15 days the mice were put to death, stripping tumor tissue. Compare groups mice weight and the size of the tumor. Results ： Determined by MTT method, Chang＇aishu for CT - 26 colorectal cancer cell inhibition rate increased with double concentration and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： Determined by MTT method, Chang＇aishu for colon cancer cells in mice has certain inhibitory effect. It has the role of inhibiting tumor growth and can improve the life quality of mice and increasing the body weight of mice.
