基于复杂网络技术分析刘焯教授治疗儿童多发性抽动症的方药配伍规律研究

摘　　要：目的:利用复杂网络分析技术,挖掘刘焯教授治疗儿童多发性抽动症的方药配伍规律。方法:利用临床科研一体化信息平台收集刘焯教授治疗多发性抽动症患儿272份病例,提取可分析数据,利用复杂网络技术分析处方的核心药物、方药配伍关系。结果:复杂网络技术能够得出抽动症病例的核心药物处方及药物配伍特点的复杂网络图,边权值较大的白芍、茯苓、钩藤、玄参、等中药为节点形成网络中心,形成网络的核心处方。另外通过复杂网络可以分析出治疗高频抽动特征的方药配伍规律,且符合刘焯教授治疗经验。结论:本法运用现代科学技术整理总结名老中医用药经验更具有客观性,便于经验传承。Objective：By using the complex network analysis to analyze the rule of prescription compatibility of LIU Zhuo treating tourette. Method ：272 cases of children with tourette syndrome were collected, and then the data was abstract- ed. At last, the core medicines of the prescription and rules of prescription compatibility were studied through the complex network analysis. Result ： We obtained the complex network picture and core prescriptions through complex network. The result of prescription compatibility was the same as the experience of Doctor L[U. Conclusion：The complex network analy- sis has objectivity and is convenient to summarize the clinical experience of famous doctors of traditional Chinese medi- cine.
