腰痹通联合西药治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨腰痹通联合西药治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效,为临床诊断治疗提供一定的参考价值。方法:按照随机数字表法将纳入的90例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例。治疗组采用腰痹通胶囊联合西药治疗,对照组单用西药治疗。两组疗程均为4周。对比分析两组患者VAS评分治疗前后变化、治疗后疗效、血清MDA和SOD含量治疗前后变化及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组VAS评分治疗后明显低于对照组治疗后,且有显著性意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗4周后总有效率(95.56%)显著高于对照组(73.33%),且具有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者血清MDA显著低于对照组,SOD显著高于对照组,且有显著性意义(P<0.05);两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论:腰痹通联合西药治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,可明显减轻患者疼痛,具有重要临床研究价值,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective： To investigate treating lumbar disc herniation with Yaobitong Capsule combined with Western medicine,providing a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods： According to the random number table,90 pa- tients were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 45 ） and control group （ n = 45 ）. The treatment group received Yaobi- tong Capsule combined with Western treatment and the control group was treated with western medicine. The treatment lasted four weeks. Compare the two groups patients＇VAS scores, treatment efficacy, MDA and SOD in serum before and af- ter treatment and adverse events. Results： After treatment,the treatment group~ VAS scores were significantly lower than that of the control group, and there was significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the total efficiency （ 95.56% ） was significantly higher （73.33%） after 4 weeks in treatment group with a significance （P 〈0.05） ;after treatment,serum MDA in treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group and SOD was significantly higher and there was significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the two groups had no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion ： Yaobitong Capsule combined with western medi- cine treatment of lumbar disc herniation has significant effect and can significantly reduce pain in patients with important clinical research value,worthy of further clinical application.
