摘　　要：本文分析了图书馆智慧服务下图书馆学五定律延伸出的新意义,并在对其进行推演、整合的基础上系统构建了图书馆智慧服务新定律,以提升当前图书馆的智慧服务,为经济时代图书馆的与时俱进和转型发展提供前瞻性理论支持。As analyzing the new meaning of the Five Laws of Library Science in the library in the perspective of intelligence service, the new library intelligence service law has been systematic built on the basis of deduction and integration of it, in order to raise the awareness of the library intelligence services and provide a prospectively theoretical support for the libraries＇ transformation and development in the wisdom economic times.
