摘　　要：本文以江苏省苏州图书馆为案例,基于定量的分析方法,通过大量的读者调研和专家调研,利用层次分析法确定了公共图书馆的各项功能在社会资本增量贡献体系中各个指标的权重,分析出基于读者满意度的案例馆各项功能的评分,最终根据公式计算出案例馆对社会资本增量的贡献值。Taking Suzhou Library in Jiangshu as an example, based on quantitative analysis method, through a lot of reader and expert survey, the study analyses the functions of public libraries heavy weight of each indicator incremental contribution of social capital in the system with using AHP and the score which based on reader satisfaction, finally according to the formula to calculate the value of the case library＇s contribution of so- cial capital increment.
