摘  要:针对分布式产品开发中涉及知识活动协同的管理问题,提出一种结合云服务、产品设计信息流驱动和面向服务架构相结合的、基于云服务的产品设计知识流管理方法。通过分析分布式产品设计的特点,建立基于产品生命周期(PLM)驱动的产品设计知识节点模型,以此为基础构建面向云服务的产品设计知识流模型。使用云服务完成产品设计知识流的虚拟化和服务化,实现复杂产品开发任务中的产品知识协同。建立了系统层模型,提出产品知识服务维护与协同的方法,探讨模型各模块互操作流程,设计并开发基于云服务的产品知识流管理平台雏形,验证了该方法的可行性。To solve the collaboration issues of design knowledge activities in distributed product design project, implements and practical issues of distributed product design and design knowledge activities were analyzed. Combined with cloud service, infor- mation driven product design and concept of service oriented architecture, Product Design Knowledge Flow Management on Cloud Service (PKFMC) was put forward. Product design knowledge node model based on PLM driven was briefly described. Based on it, a new knowledge ilow model of product design was described to solve design knowledge conflict in the complex product design process ,with virtualization and service of product design with cloud service. Key processes of PKFMC were studied and prelimina- ry research results were introduced. Finally, PKFMC architecture was also proposed and an application prototype of PKFMC was presented.
