摘　　要：为了减少产品设计数据、优化参数设计,用事物特性表表示全息模型参数,并根据零/部件功能及几何相关性分配相应权重,进行产品族广义模块划分;再根据产品特性参数将柔性模块变型,生成实例化的模块;将实例模块组合,得到多样化且满足用户需求的产品。基于该模式开发了接头类产品的广义模块快速设计系统,通过企业的使用验证了该模式的有效性。To reduce the product design data and optimize the parametric design, use the tabular layouts of article characteristics to show the holographic model parameter, plan the product family generalized module according to the weight between components function and geometrical relationship. Use the attribute parameter to drive flexible module to instantiation, and assemble the in- stantiation into diversified product. A rapid design system of generalized module about connectors is developed, and the result shows that the mode is correct.
