摘 要:为了探索难加工材料奥氏体不锈钢切削温度与切削参数的相关性,引入伪变量A表达切削冷却降温条件,用均匀设计法设计含定性因素混合水平的车削试验方案,在干式、低温冷风微油雾和环保型湿式三种冷却降温切削条件下进行了车削试验,用热成像仪检测切削温度,建立了刀片前刀面温度场。在三种冷却降温切削条件下,以切削速度、进给量、切削深度及刀尖半径为自变量,用最优回归子集法建立了奥氏体不锈钢切削温度模型,回归效果非常明显,因变量与自变量密切相关。研究成果对非接触式切削温度检测、切削温度场建立及切削温度变化规律认识具有现实指导意义。In order to explore the correlation between cutting temperature and cutting parameters of hard machining material such as anstenitic stainless steel, pseudo-variable A was introduced to express the cooling cutting conditions, and orthogonal pilot pro- gram of mixed-level contain qualitative factors was designed on turned workpiece. The cutting temperature were detected with thermal imager, and the temperature field on rake face of blade was built, which the turning testes were completed under the three clean conditions including dry cutting, wet cutting and cold blast machining. At the same time, the temperature model of austenitic stainless steel turning was built using the best subset regression which the independent variable select cutting speed, feed rate, cutting depth, and nose radius of cutter. The calculation results show that the independent variables and the dependent variables are closely related. Therefore, studying the variation rule between temperature field and cutting temperature is profoundly instruc- tive to the turning temperature detected using non-contact methods.
