摘　　要：文档的签审业务流程和变更业务流程是产品生命周期管理(Product Lifecycle Management,PLM)系统中的重要组成部分。为了打破长期存在的"信息孤岛"对工装管理造成的负面影响,通过分析工装管理存在的问题,并基于企业PLM系统实施的成功案例,提出适合工程机械行业工装管理的签审和变更流程,上述管理流程的正确实施,可以保证工装数据来源的一致性、有效性、完整性和可追溯性。The document signed and change is an important part of Product Lifecycle Management （PLM） system. In order to break negative impacts on tool management because of long-standing information island, and based on the enterprise PLM system successfully integrated examples, puts forward signed and change procedure which is suitable to mechanical industry tool manage- ment by analyzing tool management problems. The consistency validity,integrity and traceability of data sources can be ensured by the correct implementation of adopting the above the management procedure.
