摘  要:微成形工艺是高质、高效、低成本的有效微细加工手段。以50μm厚的1050为试验合金,利用电子万能实验机和扫描电子显微镜等,研究了不同退火工艺和压边力对拉深力、拉深比、制耳和起皱的影响规律。结果表明,聚乙烯薄膜润滑,拉伸速度为0.05 mm/s、拉深比2.1时,顺利成形出质量良好、内径为1 mm的微小杯形件;增加压边力,有助于抑制起皱的发生,但增加了破裂的倾向;退火处理能够增加拉深比、降低成形力和减弱凸耳缺陷。The micro-forming process is an effective micro-fabrication method to realize high-quality parts with low cost. 1050 aluminum alloy of 50μm thickness is used to study the influence of different blank holder forces and annealing processes on drawing force, drawing ratio, earing and wrinkling with the electronic universal testing machine and SEM. The results show that micro cups with drawing ratio of 2.1 and inner diameter of 1 mm are well formed at the drawing velocity of 0.05 mm/s and with the lubrication of polyethylene film. The wrinkle is reduced and the possibility of rupture is increasing with the rising of blankholder force. The annealing process increases the drawing ratio, decreases the drawing force and the earing defects.
