摘 要:[目的]针对传统增氧机盲目增氧、费时费力,以及目前鱼塘溶解氧测控系统价格偏高、防污性差、不能满足不同水层测量的问题,研制了鱼塘增氧控制系统并进行田间试验。[方法]该系统使用原电池式电化学溶解氧传感器、NTC温度传感器在线测量溶解氧、温度信息,根据养殖对象需求设定溶解氧在线控制器的溶解氧上、下限值,来控制叶轮增氧机的自动启停,实现按需增氧。[结果]该系统运行稳定,溶解氧传感器抗污性强且远长于国内现有系统7 d的维护周期;溶解氧控制器能够根据设定的上、下限自动开启和关闭增氧机,达到鱼塘溶解氧实际测控要求,且具有数据存储和停电报警功能,但价格是丹麦Oxy Guard溶解氧测控仪的1/4~1/3。[结论]该系统价格低、抗污性强且能满足不同水层的测量需要,具有大范围商业推广价值。[ Objectives] Dissolved oxygen(DO) is a necessary material for the fish survival. To monitor DO contents in the aquatic environment especially in fish ponds, the use of automatic aeration control system is the best optimal solution. However, the existing aeration control system was high-price and poor-antifouling, thus limiting use widely. Hence, the objective in this research was to design an automatic aeration control system to improve the antifouling and reduce the cost. [ Methods ] DO contents were measured using covered membrane galvanic cell oxygen probe. DO monitoring and control circuit was designed using G80F927 single computer chip. The stability and accuracy of the system were tested by field experiment. [ Results ] Experimental results had shown that the system could monitor the DO online stably in fish pond,instead of artificial and manually operated aerator. The cleaning cycle of the DO sensor was longer than 7 days. The DO sensor had a strong anti-fouling. Meanwhile, the price of the system was one-quarter to one-third of the OxyGuard DO online control system. [ Conclusions ] Main characteristics of the system were inexpensive, easy to use and friendly to environment. The system would be more popular and could be used widely in ponds.
