摘　　要：目的为提高家庭医生工作的效率和水平,探索建立家庭医生助理队伍。方法借鉴史蒂芬·E·科恩高效团队建设方式,以高效团队建设的六项原则进行家庭医生助理招募与绩效方案评定。结果基于史蒂芬·E·科恩高效团队模型建设家庭医生助理队伍,打造一支高效率的家庭医生助理团队。结论家庭医生助理制度的实施有助于加快家庭医生制度的深入推进,值得进一步推广。OBJECTIVE In order to improve the efficiency and level of general practitioners＇ work, explore the establishment of gener-al practitioner＇assistants team. METHOD Recruitment and performance assessment of general practitioners＇ assistants with the sixhabits of highly effective teams from the Stephen·E·Cohen＇s model. RESULT It could create an assistants team of general practitioners＇ as-sistants based on the Stephen·E·Cohen＇s model of highly effective teams. CONCLUSION The implementation of the general practitioner＇sassistant system can help to speed up the general practitioner system further, worthy of further promotion.
