社区严重精神障碍患者的技术管理与指导模式探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨开展社区严重精神障碍患者的技术管理与指导对严重精神患者管理治疗效果的影响。方法对20 397例严重精神障碍患者开展社区严重精神障碍患者的技术管理与指导,内容包括建立社区严重精神障碍患者的技术管理与指导的组织领导机构,健全社区严重精神障碍患者的技术管理与指导网络,组织各类相关人员培训,开展社区严重精神障碍患者的技术管理与指导等。比较开展社区严重精神障碍患者的技术管理与指导前后严重精神障碍患者防治效果。结果开展社区严重精神障碍患者的技术管理与指导后,严重精神障碍患者的检出率、管理率、应急处置率和治疗率均较前提高(均P<0.01);轻度滋事率、肇事肇祸率均较前下降(P<0.01)。结论开展社区严重精神障碍患者的技术管理与指导提高了严重精神障碍患者的防治效果。OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of the technological management of severe mental disorders in community and the guid-ance results of administering treatment in severe mental patients. METHODS The technological management and guidance of severemental disorders was carried out among 20 397 severe mental patients in community. The main contents of this study includd build-ing leading construction and sound network of the technological management and guidance of severe mental disorders in community,organizing all kinds of related person to train, and developing the technological management and guidance of severe mental disordersin community. Moreover, the control efficiency of severe mental patients was compared before and after the technological managementand guidance of severe mental disorders in community. RESULTS After the technological management and guidance of severe mentaldisorders in community, the detection rate, management rate, emergency disposal rate and treatment rate in severe mental patientswere significantly decreased（P〈0.01）. In addition, mild trouble rate and trouble-making rate also had a significant decline（P〈0.01）.CONCLUSION It was useful to carry out the technological management and guidance of severe mental disorders in community and thecontrol efficiency in severe mental patients was remarkable improved in this way.
