摘 要:目的探讨系统性健康教育对提高早产儿存活质量的影响。方法选择2014年1—10月我院收治的早产儿170例,随机分为观察组86例,对照组84例。观察组应用系统性健康教育,从入院、住院、出院到出院后随访,采取一系列有针对性的措施对家长进行健康教育;对照组给予常规的健康指导。结果观察组出院后有2例发生感染性肺炎,1例脐炎,1例尿布皮炎;对照组有4例发生吸入性肺炎,2例感染性肺炎,3例脐炎,2例营养不良,2例尿布皮炎;两组早产儿出院后患病率比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论系统性健康教育可以减少早产儿出院后疾病的发生,减少了早产儿出院后的患病率,提高了早产儿的生存质量。OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of systematic health education on improving the quality of preterm infants survive.METHODS From January to October in 2014,170 cases preterm infants in target hospital were selected and randomly divided intoobservation group(86 cases) and control(84 cases),observation group were used systemic health education,from admitting hospitalto discharge,and follow-up after discharge,a series of targeted health educations were carried out for parents; the control groupwas given the conventional health guidance. RESULTS After discharge,2 cases infectious pneumonia occurred,1 case of omphali-tis,1 case of diaper dermatitis in observation group;4 cases of aspiration pneumonia,2 cases of infectious pneumonia,3 cases ofomphalitis,2 cases of malnutrition,2 cases of diaper dermatitis in the control. The results showed preterm infants morbidity rates oftwo groups were significantly different after discharge(P〈0.05). CONCLUSION The systemic health education could reduce the preva-lence of premature infants after discharge,improving the quality of premature infants survive.
