闵行区华漕镇中学生艾滋病健康教育干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的了解华漕镇中学生对艾滋病相关知识的知晓情况,并对艾滋病健康教育效果进行分析,为今后开展艾滋病健康教育工作提供科学依据。方法采取整群随机抽样的方法,以不记名自填式答卷方式,对298名华漕镇中学生预防艾滋病健康教育前后情况进行对比分析。结果艾滋病相关知识的知晓率干预前为67.32%,干预后为97.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在学校中开展艾滋病健康教育对提高中学生艾滋病相关知识水平效果明显,值得应用和推广。OBJECTIVE To understand of situation about the AIDS-related knowledge among middle school students in HuacaoTown,analyze the effect of health education on AIDS and provide scientific basis for the development of health education on AIDSin the future. METHODS With cluster random sampling method, 298 middle school students in Huacao Town were carried outhealth education for Al DS prevention.Anonymous self-administered questionnaire investigation was conducted before and after thehealth education among these students and the results were compared. RESULTS The understanding rate of knowledge related toAIDS was 67.32% before intervention and 97.44% after intervention.There was a difference（P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION It had a goodeffect to carry out health education on AIDS in middle school students to improve their knowledge related to AIDS, it was worth theapplication and promotion.
