中药浸洗合并灭滴灵片治疗手足癣40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药浸洗合并灭滴灵片浸泡治疗手足癣临床疗效。方法选取2012年8月—2014年8月到海幢街社区卫生服务中心就诊的76名患者,随机分成两组,治疗组40例采用中药浸洗合并灭滴灵片浸泡治疗,对照组36例采用2%硝酸咪康唑乳膏外擦治疗,治疗1个月及停药半年根据疗效判断标准观察两组患者的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为97.5%,对照组总有效率为69.4%,治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中药浸洗合并灭滴灵浸泡治疗手足癣临床效果好,值得推广。OBJECTIVE To observe clinical curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine dippingformula combined with metronida-zole tablets for treatment of tinea manus and pedis. METHODS From August 2012 to August 2014,76 patients with communityhealth service center in hospital,were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group of 40 cases of metronidazoletablets fortreatment using traditional Chinese medicine combined with dipside, 36 cases in the control group with 2% Miconazole NitrateCream rub treatment,treatment for 1 months and 6 months according to drug withdrawal curative effect judgment standard to observethe curative effect of two groups of patients. RESULTS In the treatment group,the total efficiency was 97.5%,the total efficiency ofthe control group was 69.4%,the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,there were significantdifferences（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Chinese medicine dipping formula combined with metronidazole for treatment of the clinical ef-fect of tinea manus and pedis,which was worthy of promotion.
