摘　　要：为找到一种有效的方法提高超高摩尔质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)/高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)两相间分子链的相互扩散,使用UHMWPE纤维代替UHMWPE粉末,与HDPE熔融共混。采用差示扫描量热仪、偏光显微镜等表征手段,探究UHMWPE纤维与HDPE熔体密切接触条件下的熔融过程。发现UHMWPE纤维在HDPE熔体中熔融有利于提高两相间分子链的相互扩散。纤维充分熔融后,体系的结晶、流变行为从侧面反映了UHMWPE纤维在HDPE熔体中的熔融特点。To effectively improve the counter diffusion of molecular chains between ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene （UHMWPE） phase and high-density polyethylene （HDPE） phase, UHMWPE fiber rather than UHMWPE powder was used to melt with HDPE. By means of differential scanning calorimeter and polarizing microscope, the melting process of UHMWPE fiber was studied when the fiber contacted closely with molten HDPE. It was found that the melting of UHMWPE fiber in molten HDPE made for the molecular chain diffusion between UHMWPE and HDPE. After the fiber melted completely, the crystallization and rheology behaviors of the system reflected the melting characteristics of UHMWPE fiber in molten HDPE from the side.
