摘 要:利用二氧化硅(Si O2)和硅烷偶联剂KH570对聚磷酸铵(APP)进行表面改性,得到了一种无机-有机复合改性聚磷酸铵(MAPP),并制备了聚磷酸铵/不饱和聚酯(UP)复合材料。利用红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和水接触角法等表征了改性前后聚磷酸铵的结构和性能,采用SEM观察了复合材料的相容性,利用拉伸测试、极限氧指数法等分析了改性后的聚磷酸铵对UP复合材料的力学性能、阻燃性能的影响。研究结果表明,与未改性的聚磷酸铵相比,改性后的聚磷酸铵与UP基体的界面黏结性有显著改善,力学性能和阻燃性能均得到了明显提高。此外,MAPP/UP复合材料显示出更好的耐水性。An inorganic-organic hybrid modified ammonium polyphosphate (MAPP) was prepared by the surface modification of ammonium polyphosphate with silicon oxide (SiO2 ) and silane coupling agent KH570. Ammonium polyphosphate/unsaturated polyester (UP) composites were also prepared. The structure and properties of ammonium polyphosphate before and after modification were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and water contact angle measurement. The compatibility of UP composites was observed by SEM. The effects of the modified MAPP on the mechanical properties and flame retardancy of UP composites were studied by tensile test and limiting oxygen index. The results indicated that compared with unmodified ammonium polyphosphate, the interface adhesion between the modified MAPP and UP was increased greatly, and the mechanical properties and flame retardancy of the composites were improved. Besides, the MAPP/UP composite had better water resistance.
