摘 要:以具有高度支化结构的超支化聚(胺-酯)(HPAE)为改性剂,研究了HPAE对透明聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂的透光性能和热稳定性能的影响。研究结果表明,HPAE与PVC基体有良好的物理相容性,并显著影响透明PVC树脂的透光率和热稳定性能。添加HPAE后,透明PVC树脂的透光率随着代数的增加而先升高后降低,而随着含量的增加呈现升高的趋势;HPAE的添加可明显提高透明PVC树脂的热稳定性,且热稳定性均随着HPAE代数和添加量的升高而明显提高。The effect of hyperbranched poly(amine-ester) (HPAE) as a modifier with highly branched structure on the properties of transmission and thermal stability of transparent polyvinyl-chloride (PVC) resin was researched. The results showed that HPAE had good physical compatibility with the PVC matrix and had significant influence on the transmittance and thermal stability of PVC resin. With the addition of HAPE, the transmittance of the transparent PVC resin increased at first and then decreased with the generation of HAPE and showed an increasing trend with increasing the HAPE content. The addition of HPAE could improve the thermal stability of PVC resin, which increased obviously with the generations and the content of HAPE increasing.
