摘　　要：E-research环境下图书馆服务正发生着巨大的变化,而作为图书馆服务的践行者——图书馆员,在图书馆服务中所扮演的角色以及掌握的技能将同样发生重大转变。通过阐释E-research的内涵和特点,以及比较传统环境下与Eresearch环境下图书馆员的基本职能,对E-research环境下图书馆员的角色进行了重新定位,并总结出E-research环境下图书馆员所应具备的技能及其要求,希望以此为导引,塑造出全新面貌的图书馆员,为未来图书馆员的发展提供具体方向。Library service is undergoing a tremendous change in the environment of e-research, and the librarians, as the library service providers, their roles and skills are also facing a significant transformation. In this paper, we make a study of the connotation and features of e-research, positioning the new roles of the librarians, and comparing the core skills of the librarians between the traditional library and the modem library, summing up the needed skills and the requirements for the librarians under the e-environment with the intention of pointing out the orientation for librarian＇s development.
