摘　　要：对湖北省30所高校图书馆利用OA资源的实际情况进行调查,分析调查结果发现OA资源存在着利用率低、缺乏规范、省属高校利用水平落后等问题,并有针对性地提出提高认识度、充实资源数量、优化组织等方面的改进建议。This paper makes an investigation of the present situation of the utilization of OA resources in thirty university libraries in Hubei Province. The result of the investigation shows that some problems still exist, such as ： being low in utilization rate, lack of standardization, and low utilization level of the universities and colleges affiliated to Hubei Province. Aiming at the problems above-mentioned, the author proposes that awareness should be improved, the information resources should be enriched, and organizations should be optimized.
