摘　　要：针对当前高校图书馆电子资源建设普遍存在的购置经费紧张的问题,文章以福州大学图书馆馆藏电子资源为例,从采购原则、策略和技巧等方面进行了细致入微的对比分析工作,期以为高校图书馆电子资源订购工作提供参考依据和借鉴资料。To be directed against the prevailing problem of insufficiency of funds in the construction of electronic resources in university libraries, this paper takes the library of Fuzhou University as an example, makes a detailed comparative analysis of purchase work from procurement principles, tactics and skills, so as to enhance the standardization and scientificity of the purchase of databases.
