摘 要:低产低压气井携液能力差,井底及井筒逐渐积液,井筒积液将增大对地层的回压,并限制其生产能力,最终将气层完全压死以至关井,而柱塞气举是解决低产低压有水气井液体滑脱损失严重的重要措施之一。对国内外柱塞气举排水采气技术的最新进展和应用情况进行了调研。通过文献查阅,得到柱塞气举的最新进展:美国的智能柱塞举升能实时的控制开关井时间、长庆苏里格气田的分体式柱塞气举排水采气技术可以不关井连续生产,新技术研发对国内智能柱塞气举的应用提供了关键技术支持。通过现场跟踪,调研了国内柱塞气举在水平井和出砂井中、直井和定向井中的应用情况。最后对柱塞气举在国内的应用及研发方向提出了建议。The liquid carrying ability of low yield and low-pressure gas well is poor, and the liquid is easy to be gradually accumulated at the bottom hole and shaft. The liquid effusion from the bottom hole will increase the return pressure to the formation, and limit its production capacity, will eventually be completely crushed zone to shut. Plunger gas lift is one of the important measures to solve serious liquid slippage loss in the low yield and low-pressure gas wells. The paper researches the latest development and application situation domestic and abroad on the plunger gas lift drainage gas recovery technology. Through reviewing the literature, the latest progress of plunger gas lift is obtained. American Intelligent Plunger Lift can timely control time of shut-in switch. The drainage gas recovery technology by split type plunger gas lift in Changqing-Sulige gas field can continuous production without shutting well. The new technologies provide key support to the application of domestic intelligent plunger gas lift support. Through on-site tracking, the application of the plunger gas lift in the horizontal well, sand wells, vertical wells and directional wells were investigated. Finally, the domestic developing direction of plunger gas lift is proposed.
