摘 要:分析了高地应力软岩隧道变形机理,结合国内外高地应力软岩隧道支护实践提出了"锚网喷+可缩性U型钢支架+二次衬砌+壁后填充高压缩性材料"的支护方案。该支护方案在重庆某隧道进行了现场试验研究,结果表明:(1)隧道拱顶和壁帮累计移动量为10mm和22mm,支护效果较好;(2)该支护方式的优点是允许围岩出现一定流变变形,在提高U型钢支架支护阻力的基础上减少二次衬砌的形变压力,从而确保隧道保持长期稳定。Analyzing the deformation mechanism of tunnel in soft surrounding rock under high ground stress, combining with tunnel supporting practice in soft surrounding rock at home and abroad, the supporting scheme of "anchor net spray + compressible U section steel bracket + secondary lining+ filling the high compression materials" was advanced. The scheme had been carried out in field test at a tunnel in Chongqing, the result showed that: (1) the cumulative movement amount of tunnel vault and wall is 10mm and 22mm, supporting effect is fine; (2) the supporting way has an advantage to allow a certain rheological deformation of surround rock, and reduce the deformation pressure of secondary lining on the basis of improving U type steel supporting resistance, so as to ensure the long-term stability of the tunnel.
