摘　　要：地震台站监测维护技术档案是面向地震台站技术管理与技术维护人员的监测技术基础资料。文章从地震台站监测维护技术档案的基本概念、重要性入手,分析地震台站维护技术档案在行业内的现状与存在的不足,提出档案建立和管理的具体措施,为提升地震监测基础技术维护工作的效率提供参考。Monitoring and maintenance technology files of seismic stations are the basic data for staff of technology management and maintenance in seismic station.Starting with the basic concept and the importance of monitoring and maintenance technology files in seismic station,the present situation and shortcomings are analyzed.Specific measures for file establishment and management are put forward to improve work efficiency of earthquake monitoring technology maintenance.
