摘  要:采用硫化仪分析了微波干燥和热空气干燥天然橡胶(NR)的硫化过程,并根据阿仑尼乌斯方程,探讨了硫化温度对诱导期(tc10)、正硫化时间(tc90)、最大转矩(MH)和最小转矩(ML)的影响。研究结果发现:与热空气干燥NR相比,微波干燥NR的tc10、tc90和ML较小,而MH较大;两种干燥方式干燥的NR的tc10和tc90与硫化温度都能很好符合阿仑尼乌斯方程,且微波干燥NR的阿仑尼乌斯方程中的常数K1、K2和K均大于相对应的热空气干燥NR的阿仑尼乌斯方程中的常数K1、K2和K;微波干燥NR和热空气干燥NR的MH与硫化温度呈很好的线性关系,且微波干燥NR的极限最大转矩(MH0)高于热空气干燥NR的MH0。In this work,the vulcanization of NR dried by microwave and hot-air were analyzed by vulcameter, respectively. And, the effect of vulcanization temperature on induction period of cure(t_c10 ), optimum cure point(t_c90), maximum Torque(MH) and minimum induced torque(Mc) were studied. The results showed that the t_c10, teg0 and ML of NR dried by hot-air were bigger than those of NR dried by microwave,however,the M, of former was bigger. And the t_c10, t_c90 of NR dried by microwave or hot-air can fit Arrhenius equation well, the K1,K2 and K of Arrhenius equation coefficient for NR dried by microwave were all bigger than those of NR dried by hot-air. With the increase of vulcaniza- tion temperature,the MH of NR dried by microwave or hot-air decreases gradually and its trend was well satisfied with linear relationship,and the MH0 of NR dried by microwve was bigger.
