聚异戊二烯橡胶门尼黏度标准物质的研制

摘　　要：按照国家标准物质研制技术规范要求,通过对国产聚异戊二烯橡胶IR 60、IR 80样品的候选、稳定性与均匀性检验,并联合15个实验室进行定值及不确定度评定等工作,研制出聚异戊二烯橡胶IR 60、IR 80两项门尼黏度国家标准物质。在0.05显著水平下,聚异戊二烯橡胶IR 60、IR 80国家门尼黏度标准物质的定值结果呈现正态分布、无可疑值并等精度,定值结果的总平均值则为该标准物质的标准值。IR 60、IR 80两项门尼黏度国家标准物质的标准值分别为66.3、81.9,不确定度分别为1.1、1.4,不确定度小于美国研制的标准物质的不确定度,处于国际先进水平。According to the technical specification of the national standard substance development, on the basis of domestic polyisoprene rubber IR 60 and IR 80 sample selection,uniformity test,stabili- ty test, standard value certification, uncertainty evaluation in 15 labs, the national standard substance of polyisoprene rubber IR 60 and IR 80 Mooney viscosity were successfully developed. When the sig- nificant level was 0.05,the data of certified values of polyisoprene rubber IR 60 and IR 80 Mooney vis- cosity standard substance showed a Gaussian distribution,equal precision and no abnormal values, the total average of certified values were the standard values of Mooney viscosity standard substance. The standard value of standard material of polyisoprene rubber IR 60 and IR 80 was 66.3 and 81.9,the un- certainty was 1.1 and 1.4,it was less than the America reference, the production reached the world ad- vanced level.
